The Tambo River Tourist Park is small and friendly, with pets welcomed by arrangement. Located on the Princes Highway at Swan Reach, between Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance, and close to Metung.
The Park offers grassed camping sites, all with power, water and sullage disposal. Clean amenities and laundry are provided. There is a camp kitchen and undercover barbecue area, a separate recreation room with lounges and television, a well stocked library and a table tennis table. There is a large in-ground, solar heated outdoor swimming pool and a playground suitable for small children.
En suite cabins are clean and comfortable with kitchen facilities, bed linen provided to all sleeping positions and reverse cycle air conditioning. The cabins sleep from two to six people and are popular with families and groups.
