TAIKI means "Big Tree" in Japanese. It came from the thought of people gathering under one big tree with family and friends to enjoy our authentic Japanese food. Yoshiki, the owner and chef, began his journey of traditional and modern Japanese food at the famous SERYNA in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
