Eagle Heights is perched high above the stunning turquoise waters of Eagle Bay and this 2 storey timber home has views to delight.
Upstairs is a light filled kitchen and living area, as well as the master bedroom that open up onto a spacious timber deck. With a northerly facing aspect and windows facing the bay, the entire upstairs living area is flooded with natural light. The master bedroom has an en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two single beds along with a further two trundles. A third bed is tucked away in the corner of the living area for any over-flow guests or children. The trundles are pull-out beds and ideally suited for children. The recommended combinations for the maximum number of guests is 4 adults and 4 children, or 6 adults and 2 children.
The huge main deck is accessed via the downstairs living area, perfect for summer barbecues, afternoon drinks and spotting frolicking whales in the bay.
There is a kitchenette with sink to keep the downstairs guests well fed and topped up with a cuppa in the morning....
